What we do, and Why we do it …

What You Care About and What We Care About.

… For our pet owners: Trust, communication, the truth, compassion, relief of suffering, a good life. These, in my experience, are the things that my clients most want in their veterinarian. You have my promise that you will get these - and more. What we care about: listening deeply to you and what you want us to hear and know about why you are here, providing the most thorough and well-explained examination and treatment plan recommendations, earning the trust of our patients and clients, and bringing peace to the bodies of our patients and the minds of our clients.

Patient Assessments and Integrated Treatment Plans

… For out patients: I started this part of the company in 2014 because it is my responsibility to my patients to always offer the best possible treatment with the least potential for adverse effects. As veterinarians, we are blessed with the ability to offer a combination of medicine, surgery, acupuncture and regenerative medicine tools to treat root causes and also minimize discomfort of symptoms in our patients. We do this work because as we heal, so are we also healed.

Leadership Development, in Veterinary Practice? YES

… For our business owners: I started this part of the company in 2017 because the turnover rate in veterinary hospitals was higher than I had seen in 20 years, and the suicide rate among veterinarians and technicians was skyrocketing, and I was in shock and deeply saddened. When Dr. Sophia Yin, of my alma mater, and of worldwide respect and recognition for her work in our profession took her life, I said - enough. It IS possible to create a culture and environment in veterinary medical hospitals where people cannot WAIT to get to work, and clients don’t want to leave. And, I will spend part of the rest of my career doing whatever it takes to move the needle in that direction.
